Enid man charged with bringing contraband to Crabtree

 


Charges have been filed against an Enid man. He is accused of bringing weapons and other contraband onto the premises of James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) at Helena.

Curtis Michael Riley, 25, of Enid has been charged with a felony of bringing contraband weapons into a penal institution. This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the state penitentiary for one to five years, or a fine of $100 to $1,000, or both such fine and imprisonment.

Riley has also been charged with two misdemeanors: unauthorized entry into a prison and possession of tobacco in a penal institution or jail.
