Melissa Irene Aguilar, 45, Enid: Defendant pled guilty June 6, 2017, to possession of controlled dangerous substance (meth) with intent to distribute in case CF-2015-163. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 10 years under the direction and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $9,287.25.

Logan Kyle McClary, 23, Alva: Defendant pled guilty June 13, 2017, to furnishing alcoholic beverage to a person under 21 in case CF-2016-44. Defendant was sentenced to a term of five years under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,490.70.

Logan Kyle McClary, 23, Alva: Defendant plead guilty June 13, 2017, to possession of controlled dangerous substance (meth) with intent to distribute and maintaining place for keeping/selling controlled substance in case CF-2016-135. Defendant was sentenced to two counts of 15 years imprisonment. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $14,638.25.

Skyler Glen Nivens, 23, Alva: Defendant pled guilty June 12, 2017, to burglary first degree in case CF-2016-73. Defendant was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment; under the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, with all except the first 12 years suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $2,129.40.

Johnny Charles Briseno, 47, Protection, Kansas: Defendant pled guilty June 20, 2017, to two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance in case CF-2016-125. Defendant was sentenced to two counts of eight years imprisonment; under the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $4,558.

Carey Ann Crawford, 41, Alva: Defendant pled guilty June 20, 2017, to driving under the influence of alcohol in case CM-16-177. Defendant was sentenced to a term of one year imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff's Office, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and condition of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,270.90.

Skyler Glen Nivens, 23, Alva: Defendant had been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in case CF-2016-64. The defendant pled guilty in CF-16-73 and was sentenced to 20 years suspended except 12 years incarceration, and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, without costs or assessments.

Todd James Cunningham, 40, Carmen: Defendant had been charged with knowingly concealing stolen property in case CF-2016-155. State reserved the right to refile without costs or assessments.

Charles P. Zeilman, 49, Alva: Defendant had been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in case CF-2017-30. The defendant pled guilty in CM-2017-42 and was sentenced to four-year deferred sentence in the District Court and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, without costs or assessments.

Chrissy Lynn Province, 31, Alva: Defendant had been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (meth) within 1,000 feet of school in case CF-2017-54. Pursuant to co-defendant's disclosure that controlled substances were his, without costs or assessments.

Maclain Crede Young, 23, Burlseson, Texas: Defendant had been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) within 1,000 feet of a state park in case CF-2017-65. Said dismissal will best serve the ends of justice, upon payment of costs and assessments. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost $967.08.

Clayton Neil Stewart, 25, Brock, Texas: Defendant had been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) within 1,000 feet of a state park and possession of controlled substance (cocaine) within 1,000 feet of school or park in case CF-2017-66. Said dismissal will best serve the ends of justice, upon payment of costs and assessments in count 1 and without costs or assessments in count 2. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $528.08.

Leslie Nichole Golbek, 35, Waynoka: Defendant had been charged with possession of paraphernalia in case CM-2015-29. The defendant pled guilty in CF-2015-20 and was sentenced to five years suspended sentence and in CM-2014-50 to one year suspended sentenced, all running concurrently, in the District Court and it is in the best interest of justice that this cause be dismissed, upon payment of cost and assessments. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $344.50.

Brian L. Phipps, 28, Yuma, Arizona: Defendant had been charged with false reporting of a crime in case CM-2016-149. The defendant pled guilty in CF-2016-119 and was sentenced to 10 year deferred sentenced, and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, upon payment of cost and assessments. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $297.75.

Octabi Matamoros-Enriquez, 26, Arkansas City, Kansas: Defendant had been charged with DUI in case CM-2017-113. Defendant to be deported by ICE detainer immediately, without cost or assessments.

Carey Ann Crawford, 41, Alva: Defendant had been charged with distributing controlled dangerous substance (oxycodone) in case CF-2016-122. The court has deferred the sentence for four years.

Darla Sheryl Hedges, 61, Waynoka: Defendant had been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon in case CF-2017-25. The court has deferred the sentence for three years.

Gary Wayne Gann, 49, Hardtner, Kansas: Defendant had been charged with omitting to provide for minor child in case CF-2017-41. The court has deferred the sentence for three years.
