According to the affidavits and petitions on file, the following individuals have been charged. An individual is innocent of any charges listed below until proven guilty in a court of law. All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Woods County Courthouse. The Alva Review-Courier will not intentionally alter or delete any of this information. If it appears in the courthouse public records, it will appear in this newspaper.

Misdemeanor Filings

Donald Jonathon Medlock. Alva, 34, has been charged with operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended ($276.50).

Civil Filings

Capital One Bank, Norcross, Georgia, vs. Charles E. Hayden, Alva: money judgment for an amount $10,000 or less ($229.14).

Surface Damage

Marjo Operating Mid Continent LLC: surface damage bond ($10).


Traffic Filings

Leslyn Latosha Brown, Hoyt, Kansas, has been cited for operating a motor vehicle without valid drivers license ($294).

David Leo Weber, Sharon, has been cited for overweight over 10,000 pounds ($628.90).

David Leo Weber, Sharon, has been cited for operating vehicle loaded in excess of registered laden weight ($249).

David Leo Weber, Sharon, has been cited for transporting manufactured home without permit ($249).

The following individuals have been cited for speeding:

Blake A. Wren, Oklahoma City, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($224.50).

Kyle Wayne Slater, Lindsay, has been cited for speeding 65 mph in a 55 mph zone ($224.50).


Cody Lee Jones, Alva, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($224.50).

Lane Allen Wiersig, Alva, has been cited for speeding 80 mph in a 65 mph zone ($264).

Dustin Mclain Hutchinson, Alva, has been cited for speeding 98 mph in a 65 mph zone ($379).

The following individuals have been cited for not wearing seat belt ($20): David Lee Knapp, Waynoka; Dennis Fay Knapp, Waynoka; Brian Keith Tidwell, Enid; and William Cole Ward, Arlington, Texas.
