Wonder Boys split with Griffons

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Harry Gard went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI to help the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys (5-3) defeat Missouri Western State (4-3) 7-6 in the first game of the day. The Wonder Boys came up short in the nightcap, falling 2-1 to the Griffons at Tech Field on Friday night.

UP NEXT

Arkansas Tech begins play in the Great American Conference on Friday, Feb. 16, as the Wonder Boys host Southwestern Oklahoma State at Tech Field. Game one of the three-game series is scheduled for 6 p.m.
