Promoting Soil Health Workshop in Alva

The Woods County Conservation District, in conjunction with USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Oklahoma Conservation Commission, is hosting a Strategies to Promoting Soil Health workshop on Tuesday, May 8. The workshop will be held in the Women’s Building at the Woods County Fairgrounds in Alva.

Pre-registration begins at 11 a.m. Topics to be discussed include soil health management, soil health principles, local resource concerns, and more. Lunch will be provided and a networking opportunity will follow the conclusion of the workshop.
