The Woods County OHCE met for its annual Achievement Night on Monday, Feb. 26, in the Women's Building at the Woods County Fairgrounds. Thirty-two members enjoyed a soup supper prior to the business meeting. Household Executives and Better Homes served as hosts for the event. County OHCE President Janet Cunningham called the meeting to order. County Vice President Mary Hamilton led the group in the flag salute and the OHCE Creed. Brenda Shanks, Lone Star OHCE, gave a devotional; and Maureen Thomas, County Secretary, led the group in singing "Oklahoma." Maureen then read the minutes of the October meeting which were approved as read and conducted the roll call of members.

The following groups were represented: Household Executive with five members; Patchwork Friends with six members; Better Homes with eight members; Lone Star with five members; and Grow and Share with seven members. One at large member and Susan Holliday, OSU Extension Educator, also attended. New business discussed was a change in achievement point calculations.
