MONTICELLO - The University of Arkansas at Monticello men's basketball team was taken down by Great American Conference rival Southern Arkansas Monday night at home by a final score of 73-58.
#17 Arkansas-Monticello (19-3, 15-3 GAC) struggled in the opening half of this match-up against SAU (11-13, 9-9 GAC), shooting only 30 percent from the floor, and only 17 percent overall from beyond the three point line.
