Eagles Drop Hillcat Baseball in Doubleheader on Senior Day

CLAREMORE, Okla. – On a day when nine seniors were honored at the Diamond Sports Complex, the Rogers State baseball team fell, 3-1 and 11-7, to the Oklahoma Christian Eagles in Friday's Heartland Conference doubleheader.

GAME ONE

Despite matching the Eagles with six hits in the opening game, RSU fell 3-1 after allowing two runs in the fifth inning.

Josh Garbrecht singled with no outs in the fifth inning to score Garrett Wages and Hayden Strobel scored on a double play ground out by Lane Paul to give OC the 3-1 lead in the seven inning affair.
