RESERVE CHAMPION ART – Kiowa man Spencer Smith received the judge's vote for Reserve Champion in the Open Class Building at the Barber County Fair in Hardtner, Kansas, last weekend. His work is entitled "Abstract Expressions," an acrylic on canvas.
