BETHANY, OKLA. – In the final road match of the 2017 season, the East Central University soccer team fell to Southern Nazarene 3-2 in Great American Conference action.
The Tigers (5-6-4, 2-3-4 GAC) and the Crimson Storm (4-11, 2-7 GAC) played a tight match, with ECU leads in overall shots (23-20) and SNU leading in shots on goal (11-8).
The Tigers saw goals by sophomores Lizette Carreon and Jordyn Gibbs, while Gibbs led the team with four shots on goal. Junior Chloe Hull garnered eight saves.
