The music teachers along with students of all ages at Alva Public Schools have been busy preparing music for the holidays.

On Friday, Dec. 8, at 1:30 p.m. in the HS auditorium, second-grade classes will perform “The Littlest Christmas Tree,” a musical for young voices featuring Merritt Mantz as the little tree soloist directed by Kiley Feely and Cara Bradt.

On Wednesday, Dec. 13, the pre-K Christmas programs, directed by Cara Bradt, will be performed:

• Mrs. Lloyd’s class at Longfellow at 9:30 a.m.

• Mrs. Vore’s class at Washington at 1:30 p.m.
