The first ever Alva FFA Coyote Hunt will be held on Saturday, Dec. 16. Proceeds from this event will go towards purchasing Christmas meals for local families.

Rules meeting and card hand outs will be Friday, Dec. 15, at 6 p.m. at the Alva Ag Farm (right behind Foote's Farm Supply and to the north at 618 E. Flynn Street). Check-in time is 7:30 p.m. with absolutely no late check-ins. One member of each team must be present and entries must be paid in full.

Hunt begins at legal shooting time and ends at legal shooting time. Teams must follow Oklahoma Wildlife Regulations. Bobcats count as a coyote but state regulations for them must be followed.
