The Alva Ladybugs continued their winning streak with a 54-35 victory over the Chisholm Lady Longhorns Thursday night in Alva. Following their championship in the Pioneer tournament, the Ladybugs are now 4-0 on the season.
Chisholm scored the first basket of the game, but that was the only time they managed to lead Alva. At the end of the first quarter, the Ladybugs were up 11-6. In the second, the Alva lead narrowed to one point but by halftime the Ladybugs led 24-15.
