WEATHERFORD, Okla. – A big first quarter from Southwestern Oklahoma set the tone early on in Saturday afternoon's Great American Conference affair inside the Pioneer Cellular Event Center as Southern Arkansas was unable to overcome the deficit falling to the nationally-ranked and league-leading Lady Bulldogs, 98-60.

HOW IT HAPPENED

A layup by Brette Wacha just over two and a half minutes into the contest and a pair of free throws from Kimberly Crown with 6:06 remaining in the first quarter marked the only tied scores of Saturday afternoon's contest.
