Artist-in-Resdence to take part in early February events

This image is one photo in an ongoing series produced by Northwestern Artist-in-Residence Stephanie Concepcion Ramirez. The series is titled "lo que da falta." Those interested in Ramirez's work will have multiple opportunities to hear from her and view her work in early February.

Northwestern Oklahoma State University's current Artist-in-Residence, Stephanie Concepcion Ramirez, will be involved in multiple events in February as she closes out her time in the Visual Arts program. All events are free and open to the public.

Ramirez will present an Artist's Talk in Jesse Dunn 324 on Thursday, Feb. 1, at 1 p.m. where she will discuss her work and influences.

On Friday, Feb. 2, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. during the First Friday Art Walk event at Graceful Arts in downtown Alva, Ramirez will be exhibiting "small works," which includes four 8x10 photos. These photos will remain on...
