Burlington students compete in the Alfalfa County Spring Livestock Show

Burlington 4-H members Chloe Jantz and Emma Schubach show their doe goats.
The 2018 Spring Livestock Show was held Feb. 12 and 13 at the Alfalfa County Fairgrounds in Cherokee. Burlington had seven 4-H members and four FFA members compete.
The 4-H members did very well. Brooke Whittet received Grand Champion with her Duroc gilt. Emma Schubach placed first and second in her classes with her doe goats. Schubach also received Grand Champion with her horse. Chloe Jantz received first place in both classes with her doe goats. She also received third place in her class with her Berkshire gilt.
