BETHANY, Okla. – Southeastern bounced back from an 11-1 run-rule loss in Saturday's opener to cruise to a 16-6 victory in the series finale over Southern Nazarene in Bethany, Okla.

The split moves the Savage Storm to 18-22 overall and 13-14 in the Great American Conference.

In the finale, Slayde Ortiz turned in a 3-for-5 effort to lead the way, while Travis Spinney, Austin Ferguson, Brett Akins, and Harrison Whitworth added two hits apiece.

Joseph Cerda led the way in RBI four runs driven in, while Ortiz added three, with Ferguson and Whitworth plating two each.
