Henderson Wins Finale to Take Series from Southwestern Oklahoma

Henderson State rebounded from a 19-9 loss in the first game of a double-headed with Southwestern Oklahoma, beating the Bulldogs 9-4 in the final game to win the three-game Great American Conference series, Saturday in Weatherford, Okla.

The Reddies, 26-14 overall and 19-8 in GAC play, won their sixth series of the year with two series' remaining in the regular-season.

Head Coach Cody Hooten picked up his 205th victory as skipper of the Reddies and is tied with legendary coach Clyde Berry for most wins in HSU history.
