SE Softball Splits Day Two vs. SNU

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern picked up a 9-1 run rule victory in the opener on Saturday to secure a series win, but dropped the finale against Southern Nazarene 11-8 at the Southeastern Softball Field.

The split moves the Savage Storm to 28-18 overall on the year and 22-11 in Great American Conference play.

In the opener, Symphoni Shomo posted a 3-for-4 effort at the plate, while Elexis Watson, Destiny Riddle, and Kennedy Salyers added two hits each.

Watson, Riddle, and Keeshia Thompson each posted two RBI, while Augusta Duty and Karsyn Brigance drove in one each.
