Ready for the Easter egg hunt.

Easter is a special holiday to most Americans and many foreigners for the reason that it gives people time to spend with their love ones. Easter's origin is still up in the air, but many people believe its first name came from a pagan figure called Eastre. According to gotquestions.org, the Saxons celebrated the pagan figure as the goddess of spring. The famous bunny, which is associated with Easter, was the figure's symbol. The origin for eggs supposedly has pagan roots as well.
