Alva Rec Park Manager Courtney Nesseralla told the regular meeting of the Alva Recreation Authority that she had postponed a large baseball tournament scheduled for this coming weekend because of a 100 percent prediction of rain. She said the event was moved one week later, but she was being careful not to schedule teams with Alva kids at the time of the Kiwanis Little Olympics on April 28. Alva teams will be scheduled later that afternoon.
