Burlington School News: Burlington masquerade prom a memorable evening

The junior class hosted a masquerade themed prom for all juniors and seniors. The junior class moms helped prepare and serve dinner for everyone and their dates. Dinner included a salad before the meal, steak, cheesy potato casserole, green beans and rolls served with chocolate cake as dessert. Everyone danced the night away until after prom.
The after prom was hosted by the senior parents at the fire station. It was a black-light party with glow sticks and games setup all around. The students played lots of games including Twister, Jenga, corn hole, Medusa, bear ninja hunter, and musical people. Everyone had a chance to win door prizes for winning games, but all the seniors left with a $130 Walmart gift card and received a donated gift.
