Are “used to bees” really better? This week I can argue from both sides of that question. The year I entered high school at North Mesquite (Stomp ‘em Stallions!) was the first year girls in my class were allowed to wear jeans to school. Three short years earlier, when my sister was a freshman, the girls were finally allowed to wear pantsuits instead of dresses. Free at last!
