Rangers bested in non-conference action

ENID, Okla. – Northwestern Oklahoma State university dropped a disappointing non-conference matchup Tuesday night as they fell 14-2 to #5 Oklahoma Wesleyan (NAIA, KCAC). The Eagles powered their way to 17 hits in a seven-inning contest originally scheduled for nine, while the Ranger offense was stymied while being held to just five knocks.

It was Northwestern Alumni Foundation's annual Hot Dog and Apple Pie event and the ballpark was packed with fans both old and young.
