According to the affidavits and petitions on file, the following individuals have been charged. An individual is innocent of any charges listed below until proven guilty in a court of law. All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Woods County Courthouse. The Alva Review-Courier will not intentionally alter or delete any of this information. If it appears in the courthouse public records, it will appear in this newspaper.

Felony Filings

John Russell Cole, Waynoka, 71, has been charged with selling/furnishing alcoholic beverage to minor ($327.75).

Steven Clint Mathis, Cherokee, 39, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence alcohol aggravated ($930.25).

Logan Michael Butler, Alva, 19, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) with intent to distribute; knowingly concealing stolen property; unlawful use of police radio and maintaining place for keeping/selling controlled substance ($1,561).

Meghan Nicole Webb, Alva, 20, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) with intent to distribute ($452.75).

Misdemeanor Filings

Franklin Alfred Utterback, Alva, 57, has been charged with DUI ($1,056.04).

D.J. Hubler, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, 39, has been charged with trespassing after being forbidden ($276.50).

Joedie Ann Edstrom, Alva, 39, has been charged with selling low-point beer to person under 21 years of age ($276.50).

Steven Clint Mathis, Cherokee, 39, has been charged with DUR ($311.50).

Meghan Nicole Webb, 20, has been charged with possession of paraphernalia ($401.50).

Alexander Russell Tobias, Alva, 22, has been charged with DUI-drugs WCSO. ($851.50).

Civil Filings

Credit Corp Solutions Inc. vs. Hannah Arndt, Alva: money judgment for an amount $10,000 or less ($229.14).

Independent School District No. vs. William Cecil: quiet title ($154.14).

In Re: Monty Jack McCray Jr. has filed for name change ($154.14).

Public Service Co. of Oklahoma, Tulsa, vs. Ronald Bouziden Sr. as trustee, Waynoka: injunction ($154.14).

Jeffry Lynn Williams, Alva, has been cited for inattentive driving resulting in collision ($249).

Rebecca Ann Cross, Hennessey, has been cited for violation of drivers license restriction ($249).

Scott Riley Bowers, Oklahoma City, has been cited for failure to pay taxes due state ($249).

Leslyn Latosha Brown, Waynoka, has been cited for speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone ($264).

Kevin William Taylor, Ft. Worth, Texas, has been cited for speeding 90 mph in a 65 mph zone ($319).

Gerardo Gil Jr., Enid, has been cited for speeding 77 mph in a 65 mph zone ($264).

Jace Dean Simmons, Alva, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($224.50).

Phillip Joshua Martinez, Yukon, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($224.50).

Charles Melvin Armstrong, Yukon, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($224.50).

The following individuals were cited for not wear seat belt. ($20): Cory Lyn William, Tucson, Arizona; and Jayton Lee McKinley, Coleman, Texas.
