Margaret Louise Burkett was born October 27, 1922, to Everett and Snowdie Williamson in Moore, Oklahoma. She peacefully left this world to join family and friends April 22, 2018 – an appropriate day for the proud granddaughter of a participant in the Oklahoma Land Run of 1889. She was 95.

Margaret grew up on a farm at SW 119th and Meridian on land that was homesteaded by her Grandfather William Elmer (Billy) Williamson; land that she had retained a portion of throughout her life.
