Sister IDs 2 brothers in slayings of Oklahoma family members

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — A nurse testified in an Oklahoma murder trial that a teenage girl hospitalized with severe wounds managed to identify two of her brothers as the attackers.

The Tulsa World reports the teenage sister was unable to talk because she had a ventilator tube down her throat so she wrote with pen and paper that her two brothers had hurt her. Her parents, two brothers and a sister were killed in the attack.

Prosecutors hoped to show Wednesday that 19-year-old Michael Bever was just as responsible for as his older brother in the 2015 slayings in the Tulsa suburb of Broken Arrow. He w...
