Frank, son of Mary "Maxine" (Gum) and William "Bill" Utterback, was born December 19, 1960, at the Alva General Hospital and passed May 3, 2018.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at 2 p.m. at the Alva Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Bill Kalfas, pastor of Williams Church of the Nazarene in Bethany, officiating. Interment will be in the Alva Municipal Cemetery under the direction of the Wharton Funeral Chapel
