A man has been charged with two felony counts after he was found to be registered as a sex offender in Woods County while living in Alfalfa County, according to the Woods County Sheriff’s Office.
Gladstone Merritt Evans III, 30, has been charged with providing false and/or misleading registration information, a felony punishable by up to five years with the Department of Corrections and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
