Train collides with road grader in fatal crash

 


A Goltry man died after the road grader he was driving was struck by a train in Alfalfa County Wednesday. Jimmy Wilson, 74, of Goltry was pronounced dead at the scene from internal injuries by Medical Examiner Brock Smith.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), Wilson was driving a 2018 John Deere Road Grader Model 672G north on County Rod 720 about 5:10 pm. Wednesday, May 16. The location is 24 feet south of Wheat Street in Goltry.
