Praise the Lord and pass the buttermilk! We finally got a much needed rain Wednesday night. I spent some of Thursday dumping out water to shorten up the mosquitoes' breeding grounds.

This week the Act 1 players will be showing “How The West Was Fun.” Jaylyn and an all star cast of young people will give you much more than your money's worth. Also, the Goldbug Gulp and Gallop will start soon. Your children will get a free meal and entertainment Monday-Thursday.

After church today we will get ready for the Scribner family reunion. My sons are doing most of the cooking so less stress for Cleo. My...
