An 18-year-old from Texas allegedly tried to get another man in trouble by sending a video to the man’s girlfriend. He’s now facing a felony charge in Woods County District Court.

Zion Lee Ingram Durham, 18, of Denton, Texas, is charged with peeping Tom with photographic or electronic equipment, a felony. The crime is punishable by imprisonment up to five years and/or a $500 fine.
