Ty and Sharon Harper of Freedom, Oklahoma, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Kylee Jeanne Harper to Cody Vincent Forell, son of Guy and Kelly Forell of Alva, Oklahoma.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Alva High School and Ft. Hays State University. She is currently employed at the OU Medical Center as a radiologic technologist.
