According to the affidavits and petitions on file, the following individuals have been charged. An individual is innocent of any charges listed below until proven guilty in a court of law. All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Alfalfa County Courthouse. Felony Filings

Cody Allen Blessing, Amorita, 28, has been charged with lewd molestation, domestic abuse – assault and battery, and five charges of child abuse by injury ($2,294.25).

Misdemeanor Filings

Steven Kelly Downey, Cherokee, 60, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia ($276.50).

Dennis Russell Schieffer, Enid, 46, has been charged with public intoxication, possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia ($979.50).

Deandra L. Waysepappy, Lawton, 18, has been charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia ($276.50).

Heather Lynn Keever, Pond Creek, 27, has been charged with dumping trash on public property ($276.50).

Marcus Keyvon Harris, Lawton, 23, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia ($553).

Emris O'Neal Leatherman, Cherokee, 19, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance ($426.50).

Alex Roxx Kraus, Cherokee, 19, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance ($426.50).

James Robert Hess, Cherokee 32, has been charged with harassment by use of an electronic device ($351.50).

Latasha Denise Moore, Tulsa, 40, has been charged with driving while license is revoked ($426.50).

Civil Filings

Public Service Company of Oklahoma vs. Kathryn D. Walker, Jaydene Morrison and Mac Morrison, The Hill, Texas: injunction relief ($174.14).

Small Claims Filings

Martin Bond, Byron, vs. Oklahoma Tax Commission: small claims ($68).

Protective Order Filings

Paul Anthony Johnson, Oklahoma City, vs. Pamela Kay Powell, Helena: protective order ($223).

Traffic Filings

Damian Rieken, Jet, has been cited for driving without drivers license ($304).

Teresa Winton, Hunter, has been cited for failure to obtain registration and title within 30 days of purchase ($249).

Louis E. Jones, Houston, Texas, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($224.50).

Justin Keith Ousch, Fairfax, has been cited for speeding 15 mph over the speed limit ($264).

Daryl Lynn Hoskins Jr., Enid, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($224.50).

Anthony Michael Clark, no location, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($224.50).

Jonathan Selase Allotey, Oklahoma City, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($224.50).
