Public completing LMI Survey is vital for grant and loan money

 


At Kiowa's June City Council meeting last week, they spent nearly two hours discussing the proposed $8.2 million water line replacement project that is vital to keep Kiowa's water supply viable.

If you turn on a water faucet in Kiowa, Kansas, it might be milky colored or the water might spit and sputter with tiny bubbles as it attempts to come out due to air in the lines. This problem is from continual breaks in the main water lines from the City of Kiowa water wells southeast of Sharon to Kiowa.
