NWTC counselor Koehn talks to BJCC grads about perceptions and choices

Karen Koehn, Northwest Technology Center's guidance counselor, spoke to the graduates, friends, families, and others in attendance at Bill Johnson Correctional Center's high school equivalency program's graduation ceremony June 22.
