City council to hold public hearing on proposed arena

A public hearing regarding the Alva Arena Economic Development Project Plan will be held during the Alva City Council meeting Monday. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
No action will be taken on the public hearing. It is for the purpose of providing information, including an analysis of potential positive or negative impacts, and answering questions regarding the proposal. A second public hearing is planned for Aug. 20.
