Monday – Red beans and rice with Polish sausage, stewed tomatoes and okra, applesauce, palm leaf bread, cookie, salad bar
Tuesday – BBQ beef, scalloped potatoes, coleslaw, hamburger bun, butterscotch pudding, salad bar
Wednesday – Sliced pork with gravy, peas and carrots, pickled beets, bread, apple bread stack casserole, salad bar
Thursday – Chicken enchilada casserole, tossed salad with tomatoes and salad dressing, salsa, ranch beans, cherry cobbler
Friday – Closed...
