    SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist sophomore Saleem Fadel was named the Great American Conference Men's Field Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday. Fadel, a native of Doha, Qatar, won the hammer throw at the OBU Invitational last weekend. His throw of 195' 6.5" (59.60 meters) met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying mark and was the eighth-best throw in the country.     SHAWNEE – Chandler Rickey, who scored his 1000thcareer points on Thursday, recorded the first 40-point game of OBU's NCAA era and the 23rd such game in school history with his 42-point effort Saturday.
