    Alfalfa County felony charges have been filed against two women for bringing contraband into James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) at Helena in October. The charges were filed on January 3. Kimberly Ann Menasco, 49, of Moore was charged with a felony of bringing contraband drugs into a penal institution.     When law enforcement officers went to the Cherokee police chief’s home to serve an arrest warrant, they apparently encountered some resistance from a woman living there. According to court records, on Tuesday, Jan. 2, about 11:45 a.m. officers went to the home of Cherokee Police Chief Mike Andrews to serve a Garfield County warrant on Phillip Dean Patocka II, the son of Andrews.
