    An inmate in the Woods County Jail is facing a felony charge after allegedly spitting on a jailer. Court documents show on Feb. 13 at 1:37 p.m. on duty Woods County Sheriff’s Office Jailer Brandon Nesseralla contacted Woods County Deputy David Cummings about inmate Cole Bence throwing feces on the floor in front of his cell.     A Waynoka man has been charged with obtaining $800 from a charitable organization by false pretenses. Court records show on Jan. 4, Debra Rankin told Waynoka Police Officer Dennis Kilmer of a check fraud case involving a local charitable organization named “Community Sunshiner Dinner.” Rankin said approximately five to six years ago she was asked to be in charge of this organization through her work with 4-H children.
