A Carmen man, convicted in U.S. District Court in the sexual abuse of a 15-year-old girl, is now facing charges in Alfalfa County. On June 25, 2024, Chance Everett Reese, 43, of Carmen, was sentenced before Judge Scott L. Palk in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
