    A change is getting ready to occur on Main Street in Kiowa in the near future. SCTelcom is moving their business from the old historic ice building to the former People's Bank building at the intersection of 5th and Main by Centennial Park. SCTelcom Public Government Relations employee Shelly Hansel made a presentation at Kiowa City Council's October meeting Monday night.
