Her fall-themed tables contrasted white pumpkins and dinnerware with brown place mats to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.     An Alva man has been charged with concealing stolen property. William Michael Crouch, 49, of Alva, has been charged with knowingly concealing stolen property, a felony. He is accused of concealing a 16-foot by 6-foot flatbed trailer with sway bar hooks attached to the tongue that had been stolen from Glenn Williard Jones in Roger Mills County.     A Texas man tried to elude officers in Alva, leaving his vehicle on the NWOSU campus. The incident occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, Oct. 28. Court records show Woods County Deputy Kyle Fuller was patrolling westbound near the 900 block of East Oklahoma Boulevard at 2:20 a.m. when he saw a gray pickup two vehicles ahead of him.     Two people from Alva are charged with felonies after allegedly selling marijuana to an informant. They are also charged with child neglect for involving an underage person. Anita Lynn Tucker, 40, of Alva, and David Adam Kimberly, 28, of Alva, have both been charged with distribution of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and with child neglect.     An 18-year-old from Alva is facing a felony charge after an informant set up a marijuana purchase. John Connor Weinhoffer, 18, of Alva, has been charged with unlawful possession of controlled drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute.
