    Four charges of methamphetamine distribution against three Alva residents were filed Dec. 10 and 11 in Woods County District Court. All involved investigations by Alva Police Officer John Caviness. Allan Joe Faucett, 63, of Alva, was charged with felony distribution of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine).     A Cherokee man has been charged following a police search of an Alva storage unit in October. Alfred Frank Flax, 56, of Cherokee, is charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute.
