The Alva City Pool opened its season Memorial Day. The days and hours throughout the summer are Tuesday–Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. An adults only session is scheduled for one hour, 6:30–7:30 pm. There are several package rates, but single daily admissions are: 10 and under: $1, 11–18 years: $1.50, and 19 and older: $2. The city offers special rates for pool parties and for swimming lessons.
