Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence Trustee Christa Hughes of Carmen presents an Academic All-State certificate to Cherokee High School senior Toby Highfill, a recent graduate of Cherokee High School. Highfill received an All-State scholarship sponsored by the James C. and Teresa K. Day Foundation. Highfill was also honored at the foundation's televised Academic Awards Banquet in May.
