THE LITTLEST WINNERS – During Fall Fest, Kiowa's Main Street was full of cute little kids dressed in all types of Halloween costumes. The judges selected these two as the best in the age 8 and under category. Second place goes to Miss Minnie Mouse Ellison Liggenstoffer, and Addie Blevins gets the judges' vote for first place as singer Taylor Swift. A COLORFUL GROUP – Representing Rainbow Brite characters from the 1980s are Dee Coyle and family – Amanda Stauffer, Aspen Stauffer and Hunter Stauffer. They brighten up the sidewalks during Kiowa's Fall Fest and are the favorite group.
