Photos from: Graybill, Cox donate family DAR documents to Cherokee Strip Museum




Verna Graybill and Nita Cox found their Aunt Vivian Maurine Pelter's National Society Daughters of the American Revolution Certificate. It is dated Nov. 2, 1920. She was one of the youngest members of the Cherokee Outlet Chapter. Also found was her diploma from the Common School dated June 5, 1916, and signed by RH Wilson. These two items were donated to the Cherokee Strip Museum. From left: Mary Barker, Verna Graybill.
