Alva High School junior and Northwest Technology Center student, Ingrid Maldonado, placed second in the Fundamentals of Desktop Publishing at the recent Business Professionals of America (BPA) State Contest. Maldonado is qualified for the National BPA Contest later this spring. She is enrolled in the Digital Design program at NWTC.
